• Serve as the technical bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams; design, implement, and support solutions that bring business impact.

• Lead channel expansion and ecosystem development in the Greater China Region (GCR), focusing on partner recruitment and enablement.

• This role focuses on taking demo calls, representing Wati at events, and closing deals.
• You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and customer success to accelerate revenue growth.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close, driving new business in Malaysia and regional markets.
• Conduct compelling product demos for inbound and outbound prospects.
• Represent Wati at local and regional industry events, partner events, and webinars to generate and convert leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, particularly in eCommerce and customer engagement sectors.
