Serve as a primary contributor to the employee off-boarding process, focusing on severance-related activities.
Collect and manage the flow of off-boarding data and employee updates from HR; process updates within Access database.
Generate, audit, and distribute comprehensive reports and key documentation for HR, Legal, employees, and payment processing.
Request payments, audit payroll payments, and process vendor invoicing payments.
Send and track documents for electronic signature and respond to ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets within SLA.
Collaborate with WFA, Payroll, Compensation, Contracts Administration, Benefits Administration, HR, Legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and compliance.
Provide on-call process support to HR and Legal personnel and maintain up-to-date process guides for the severance team.
Focus on ongoing process improvements and perform other related duties and projects assigned.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years Human Resources administrative or related experience required, preferably from a global environment.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience in related field required.
Language Requirements: Must possess full professional fluency in English (both verbal and written), with exceptional communication skills.
Technical Skills: Experience with Workday, Access database, HR, and payroll.
Strong skills required with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Relationship Management: Strong relationship skills; experienced in building and maintaining effective collaborations.
Process Management: Skilled in process improvements and problem solving; ability to independently manage ad hoc high-volume activities.
Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills; strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
