About the role
- Contribute to configuration and maintenance of Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Peakon and integrations.
- Implement business process changes and enhancements based on stakeholder requirements.
- Build and maintain custom reports including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Trending Reports, Search Reports, Composite Reports, and Transposed Reports
- Build, configure, and maintain custom dashboards to personalize user experience, enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and provide strategic workforce insights.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services) with assistance from a Workday developer when needed.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Participate in implementation and testing of new Workday features.
- Train end-users and create user guides or training materials as needed.
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday users, resolving system issues and answering functional questions.
Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience working as a Workday Administrator or Analyst.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with report writing and data validation in Workday.
- Experience with calculated fields, custom reports, and data source management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vLOOKUP, xLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Familiarity with integration tools such as EIB, RaaS, and Workday Studio is a plus.
- Workday Pro certified (preferred)
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to HR data, leave tracking and payroll.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow and project management databases., Deltek Vantagepoint.
