About the role
- Lead the lifecycle marketing strategy for HBO Max for high-risk audience cohorts
- Identify and re-engage subscribers exhibiting unhealthy usage patterns or signs of churn risk
- Develop targeted, data-driven journeys across CRM and other channels to nudge customers toward healthier engagement
- Define and track signals of high-risk engagement (viewing frequency, content diversity, binge behaviors)
- Liaison with partner marketing teams and partner platforms to enhance communication channels
- Develop strategy for lifecycle programs across the customer lifecycle to increase engagement and retention
- Brief in all campaign strategies and work with Design, Copy, Project Management, and CRM Ops on campaign execution
- Identify untapped opportunities by working cross-functionally with MarTech, Partner Marketing, Monetization, Engagement, Creative and CRM Ops
- Implement testing roadmap & strategy, including A/B testing, and continually optimize programs
- Monitor campaign results and communicate learnings and results to leadership and partner stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with a track record of delivering success in a similar role
- Experience evaluating and optimizing toward specific subscriber lifecycle KPIs (engagement, retention)
- Effective communicator, presenter, influencer with a highly collaborative style
- Highly developed organizational, planning and analytical capabilities
- Excellent troubleshooting and QA skills; strong attention to detail essential
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Passion for entertainment is a plus
- Experience with campaign strategy, CRM operations, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience implementing A/B testing and testing roadmaps
- Ability to brief Design, Copy, Project Management, and CRM Ops on campaign execution
