Directs management team in all Facility operations; ensures asset protection, inventory control, member service, and Member and Associate safety
Drives membership and sales growth by visiting Business Members and potential Members, building Member relationships, motivating the Membership Sales Team, and teaching Associates about Membership value and merchandise quality
Increases quality of Member experience by ensuring appropriate service levels and effective merchandise presentation (accurate pricing, proper signing, maintaining in-stock and inventory levels)
Drives financial performance by ensuring budgeted sales, membership, wages, and expenses are achieved; leads management team in controlling expenses and wages; creates and implements plans to improve financial performance and participates in budgeting and forecasting
Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, human resource compliance, asset protection and safety controls; oversees safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews and implements action plans
Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs and represents the Company to external organizations
Provides direction and guidance on member service approaches; resolves member complaints and assists with member purchases
Provides supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly Associates (hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, promoting belonging)
Recruits qualified Associates to meet staffing needs
Upholds the Company's Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, and providing resolutions
Oversees and enforces food safety standards, cold chain compliance, and food merchandise quality (temperature, storage, sanitation, date coding, product rotation, labels, recalls)
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: 3 years' of management experience
Preferred Qualifications: Retail Industry experience
