About the role
- Contribute to and lead compensation projects to support incentive plans and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities
- Provide subject matter expertise to consult on compensation strategy and design including incentive plans design
- Provide consultation on compensation-related issues during mergers and acquisitions projects
- Conduct benchmarking, analyze metrics, and consult on incentive design (market comparison, cost commitment, and annual spend)
- Partner with stakeholders to critically evaluate compensation programs and recommend plan revisions
- Participate in the design and development of annual incentive plans during Boeing’s annual compensation review
- Collaborate across Boeing to develop compensation programs that attract and retain talent
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Human Resources and/or Compensation
- 5+ years of experience with incentive and/or special pay program design
- 5+ years of experience developing data analytics methods to solve complex problems
- Possess one or more certifications: World at Work, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System (preferred)
