Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
Participates in sales and marketing events and works to meet Membership goals
Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management
Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, and securing items until Members arrive
Follows up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services
Complies with company policies, uses the Open Door Policy, and applies ethics and integrity in executing business processes and practices
Requirements
Follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps
Follow proper forklift spotting procedures
Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
Adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace and no tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
