Lead the design and optimization of global intellectual property enforcement controls across Walmart’s ecommerce platforms
Develop scalable systems to prevent brand evasion and counterfeit activity, focusing on high-recognition brands and risk-based enforcement
Establish and manage risk-based controls for high-recognition brands, including enhanced vetting and geographic restrictions
Monitor violation trends and ensure high-risk accounts are escalated appropriately in alignment with compliance standards
Oversee a hybrid team of internal and outsourced agents executing IP control workflows
Drive operational excellence through data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration
Partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Policy, Business, and Operations teams to ensure enforcement systems remain accurate, scalable, and brand-sensitive
Manage and lead cross-functional, geographically distributed initiatives and stakeholders
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in intellectual property enforcement, brand protection, or compliance operations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
2 years’ supervisory experience
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
Proven ability to design and implement scalable enforcement systems across global platforms
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and leading geographically distributed teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Expertise in Excel with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic planning and operational improvements
Preferred: Masters (Business Administration) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
