Lead global IP escalation operations, triaging high-sensitivity issues and applying sound judgment in complex, sensitive cases
Communicate with brands and senior stakeholders, driving resolution and closing the loop on escalations
Strengthen enforcement systems and SOPs through cross-functional collaboration
Monitor trends and risk signals to ensure timely, risk-aligned escalation
Manage internal and outsourced teams executing escalation workflows
Surface insights from global escalations to inform strategy and improve system effectiveness
Oversee hybrid teams and drive strategic improvements in enforcement systems, stakeholder engagement, and compliance alignment
Partner closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, and international stakeholders
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in intellectual property enforcement and brand protection
Proven ability to lead, triage, and resolve sensitive escalations end-to-end
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and leading hybrid teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A high degree of ownership and independence
Bachelor’s degree
Expertise in Excel
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
2 years’ supervisory experience
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
Preferred: Masters: Business Administration; Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
