About the role
- Lead global IP escalation operations, triaging high-sensitivity issues and applying sound judgment in complex, sensitive cases
- Communicate with brands and senior stakeholders, driving resolution and closing the loop on escalations
- Strengthen enforcement systems and SOPs through cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor trends and risk signals to ensure timely, risk-aligned escalation
- Manage internal and outsourced teams executing escalation workflows
- Surface insights from global escalations to inform strategy and improve system effectiveness
- Oversee hybrid teams and drive strategic improvements in enforcement systems, stakeholder engagement, and compliance alignment
- Partner closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, and international stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in intellectual property enforcement and brand protection
- Proven ability to lead, triage, and resolve sensitive escalations end-to-end
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and leading hybrid teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A high degree of ownership and independence
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expertise in Excel
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience
- 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
- Preferred: Masters: Business Administration; Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
