About the role
- Act as a subject matter expert in UKG Ready , maintaining detailed knowledge of at least two core modules
- Host discovery sessions with clients, asking thoughtful, leading questions to uncover needs and pain points
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions
- Brainstorm and present solution options, helping clients understand trade-offs and best practices
- Scope projects and create realistic timelines with milestones
- Configure UKG Ready to align with the approved solution, testing thoroughly for accuracy and compliance
- Deliver training to client administrators to ensure long-term success and adoption
- Partner with client support teams to build their knowledge and assist with escalated, complex cases
- Stay up to date with industry trends, payroll/HCM compliance requirements, and UKG product updates
Requirements
- Proven expertise in UKG Ready with hands-on experience in at least two core modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Labor, HR)
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
- Exceptional problem-solving mindset — resourceful, analytical, and solutions-oriented
- Highly organized and detail-driven, able to balance strategy with execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical processes in simple terms
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and makes sound decisions based on available information
- Continuous learner who embraces new challenges and evolving client needs
