Support the software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions through the assessment and review of new features
Manage customer projects by ensuring that we are meeting the scope as outlined by customers, and ensure all escalations are managed to benefit customer success
Support customers in the adoption of new features through conducting workshops and own design, prototype, configuration, and solutions
Lead solutioning with configuration and manage the configuration of all solutions
Ensure customer success at all stages of the implementation and beyond
Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices
Requirements
7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems
Technical aptitude to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions
Proven expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment
Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex and technical communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences, and the determination to see client success with solution implementation
Travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50% with typical travel around 25%
