About the role

  • Create and deliver new hire onboarding experiences and training plans for sales – leveraging digital, virtual and in-person formats to accelerate ramp-up.
  • Organize and maintain sales enablement content ensuring it is relevant, up to date and easily accessible
  • Support go-to-market strategies for our new and prioritized product and solutions launches in partnership with marketing, product, sales and other internal partners
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with revenue teams to capture best practices and share successful approaches across the organization
  • Help curate and deliver enablement experiences that drive revenue goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales teams and others to support internal events, such as annual kick offs and regional meetings
  • Promote the use of digital tools to communicate updates on new and updated products and solutions
  • Curate and share resources for ongoing sales skill development
  • Support other prioritized enablement opportunities aligned with our workplace strategy

Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in learning and development, training or sales enablement
  • Experience supporting training design and execution, instructional design, adult learning theory and deploying training through innovative solutions
  • Strong communication skills across multiple organizational levels; able to convey key messages clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
