Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Define and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across product offerings
Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and lead generation
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and identify new opportunities
Support setting and achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
Represent Wynne Systems at industry events and client meetings
Build on existing and develop new relationships with clients and strategic partners
Requirements
Graduation from High School and preferably a Post-Secondary Program earning a Certificate / Diploma / College Degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA preferred)
At least 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role within the ERP or enterprise software industry
Strong understanding of software industry and delivery models (on-premise, SaaS, PaaS)
Ideally have established relationships within the rental or construction industry
Proven contract negotiation experience and closing six & seven figure deals with large enterprise customers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with operational stakeholders/C-suite
Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop long-term, trusted client relationships
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Interest in or working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in enterprise software and sales enablement
Proficient in CRM sales tools e.g. Salesforce
