About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Define and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across product offerings
- Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and lead generation
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and identify new opportunities
- Support setting and achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
- Represent Wynne Systems at industry events and client meetings
- Build on existing and develop new relationships with clients and strategic partners
Requirements
- Graduation from High School and preferably a Post-Secondary Program earning a Certificate / Diploma / College Degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA preferred)
- At least 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role within the ERP or enterprise software industry
- Strong understanding of software industry and delivery models (on-premise, SaaS, PaaS)
- Ideally have established relationships within the rental or construction industry
- Proven contract negotiation experience and closing six & seven figure deals with large enterprise customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with operational stakeholders/C-suite
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop long-term, trusted client relationships
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Interest in or working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in enterprise software and sales enablement
- Proficient in CRM sales tools e.g. Salesforce
