About the role
- Gather, structure, and analyse commercial and business performance data.
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Train and support colleagues in using Power BI effectively.
- Provide advanced analysis in Excel; create models and scenarios to support business cases.
- Work with our CRM system (Salesforce) to extract and interpret data.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management, shaping commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with commercial leaders; report to Vice President Commercial Excellence.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, or strategy analysis.
- Experience from Healthcare, Medical Device, IVF, IVD or similar is highly valued.
- Strong skills in Power BI and Excel (advanced level).
- Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce is a strong advantage.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and presenting to senior management.
- Business English fluency, both written and spoken.
- Spanish and/or Swedish fluency are a plus.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to balance perspectives and make recommendations.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and comfortable working across functions.
- Skilled at turning data into narratives and communicating key takeaways clearly.
