Develop technical objection handling guidelines to support the sales team in effectively articulating the value proposition of Gather AI's solutions and overcoming customer objections.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics effectively.
Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with product development, marketing campaigns, and business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology or robotics industry.
Have a working knowledge of the following and ability to understand customer needs in these areas:
Demonstrated success in selling high-value, complex solutions to enterprise clients, with a focus on consultative selling and ROI-based discussions.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and related challenges.
Proven track record of success in application engineering pre-sales roles.
Understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and track sales activities
Strong team collaboration skills with a track record of activating commercial teams to achieve high sales performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders at all levels.
