Supply Chain

• Partner with Sales and Operations to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and align inventory levels to meet deployment timelines.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring continuity of supply and proactive risk mitigation. Collaborate with vendors for quoting, lead-time management, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee purchase order creation, approval workflows, and procurement budgeting in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to manage production schedules, ensure on-time delivery, and verify adherence to quality standards defined by Engineering.
• Work closely with Engineering to bring up new products, manage engineering change orders (ECOs), and onboard new vendors or components.
• Ensure all materials, subassemblies, and hardware are staged and available for customer deployments and ongoing support.
• Oversee the company’s inventory process, including stock levels, audits, and system accuracy.
• Own the RMA workflow and manage all inbound/outbound logistics to ensure smooth shipping, receiving, and return processes.

• Pioneer a Customer-Obsessed Field Strategy: Go beyond execution to develop and own the field marketing strategy for your region. It will be rooted in a deep understanding of our prospects' needs and will lay the foundation for our future marketing organization.
• Own the Event Playbook: Manage our presence at national trade shows, regional field events, executive roundtables, and webinars from start to finish. You'll ensure every touchpoint is valuable and relevant for attendees.
• Leverage AI in Marketing: Experiment with and implement AI tools to make campaigns more effective, deliver personalized outreach, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Drive & Own Pipeline: Own the pipeline goals for your programs. You will track and report on event ROI, MQLs, and influenced opportunities using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Lead Sales Collaboration: Act as the primary strategic marketing partner for a regional sales team, identifying opportunities, enabling their success, and ensuring tight follow-up on all marketing activity.
• Be the Voice of the Field: Serve as the voice of the customer and prospect, working closely with product marketing and content to ensure our messaging is always on point.
