Provide strategic analytics guidance to Vista and portfolio company teams, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables to drive measurable business outcomes.
Contribute to the development of team best practices, standardization of tools, and internal knowledge sharing.
Communicate complex data insights clearly and persuasively to executive and non-technical audiences.
Promote a data-driven culture by mentoring junior team members and advocating for analytics as a value creation lever.
Requirements
7–10 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or FP&A in enterprise software.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field from a top academic institution.
Demonstrated ability to turn complex datasets into strategic insights that influence executive decisions.
Expertise in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and business case development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience managing multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and planning tools like Anaplan or Adaptive Insights is preferred.
