About the role
- Acting as an FP&A Business Partner collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into impactful, actionable analytics insights.
- Champion the adoption of generative AI and advanced analytics to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic analytics guidance to Vista and portfolio company teams, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of team best practices, standardization of tools, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly and persuasively to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Promote a data-driven culture by mentoring junior team members and advocating for analytics as a value creation lever.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or FP&A in enterprise software.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field from a top academic institution.
- Demonstrated ability to turn complex datasets into strategic insights that influence executive decisions.
- Expertise in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and business case development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and planning tools like Anaplan or Adaptive Insights is preferred.
