About the role

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to meet and exceed regional and country sales targets
  • Identify and expand into new international markets and optimise existing sales channels; align regional strategies with global business goals
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform product positioning, launches and market entry strategies; analyse market, sales, channels, category opportunities and trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts and healthcare professionals; negotiate contracts, pricing and service terms with international partners
  • Ensure export compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and product registration requirements; coordinate with logistics and supply chain for delivery and inventory control
  • Drive marketing activation plans through distributors, advise on promotional campaigns, support product launches and digital marketing initiatives
  • Lead product presentations, training and education sessions for healthcare professionals and KOLs; support organising training days, exhibitions and HCP conferences with CME focus
  • Monitor and report sales performance, provide monthly forecasts and business updates to senior leadership
  • Liaise with Technical, Marketing, Nutrition and Training teams for product registration, technical documentation, compliance and aligned execution
  • Regular international travel for market development, customer engagement, and promotional activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred, but not required)
  • Extensive experience in international sales and export management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, health care, nutrition industry
  • Demonstrated experience in both commercial sales, business development and marketing activation
  • Strong sales and business development acumen with some understanding healthcare regulations, terminology and dealing with HCPs/KOLs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to implement compelling sales, marketing and medical promotional plans to drive business through distributors
  • Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the region are a plus (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, German… etc)
