Develop and implement export sales strategies to meet and exceed regional and country sales targets
Identify and expand into new international markets and optimise existing sales channels; align regional strategies with global business goals
Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform product positioning, launches and market entry strategies; analyse market, sales, channels, category opportunities and trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts and healthcare professionals; negotiate contracts, pricing and service terms with international partners
Ensure export compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and product registration requirements; coordinate with logistics and supply chain for delivery and inventory control
Drive marketing activation plans through distributors, advise on promotional campaigns, support product launches and digital marketing initiatives
Lead product presentations, training and education sessions for healthcare professionals and KOLs; support organising training days, exhibitions and HCP conferences with CME focus
Monitor and report sales performance, provide monthly forecasts and business updates to senior leadership
Liaise with Technical, Marketing, Nutrition and Training teams for product registration, technical documentation, compliance and aligned execution
Regular international travel for market development, customer engagement, and promotional activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred, but not required)
Extensive experience in international sales and export management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, health care, nutrition industry
Demonstrated experience in both commercial sales, business development and marketing activation
Strong sales and business development acumen with some understanding healthcare regulations, terminology and dealing with HCPs/KOLs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to implement compelling sales, marketing and medical promotional plans to drive business through distributors
Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the region are a plus (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, German… etc)
