Build strong relationships with day-to-day media owner contacts
Conduct regular touchpoints with assigned accounts to understand their goals, plans, and needs
Support the ongoing growth of our supply-side business by winning and signing new media owner partnerships
Analyze media owner-specific and market-level data to understand trends and provide recommendations to improve your accounts’ revenue
Provide support for customer inquiries regarding Vistar’s SSP, in addition to industry trends and best practices
Identify opportunities to upsell SSP clients into Vistar’s SaaS products, and work with the Supply Sales team to complete the upsell
Collaborate with the Vistar demand team (Sales and Client Services) to facilitate a strong marketplace where both buyers and sellers get the information they need
Collect product feedback, and work with the product team to ensure our SSP continues to improve
Collect feedback on our service, and work with the Director of Partnerships to make sure our service continues to impress our partners
Requirements
At least five years of experience in either the programmatic, OOH or digital advertising industry
Strong ability and desire to build and nurture relationships with partners
Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights, primarily in Excel
Experience identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with a sales-oriented mindset
Project management, presentation, and communication skills
Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
