You will build and maintain close relationships with our product partners in the energy sector (B2C/B2B) and work continuously to expand our partner network.
You will analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the energy sector (e.g., PV, battery concepts, tenant electricity), in order to broaden and improve our product offering.
You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure our partnerships run smoothly and that our sales partners and customers receive the best products.
You will develop and implement strategies to optimize our partnership processes and structures.
You will support contract negotiations and ensure that all agreements align with the company's objectives.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in the energy industry is essential, ideally in a B2B environment — for example in sales, procurement, or bid management at energy suppliers or similar companies.
Good technical understanding of energy products and services
Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate successfully with product partners
Innovative mindset, hands-on attitude, and enjoyment of strategic thinking
Analytical thinking, KPI focus, and a structured way of working
Team orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel
