QA Automation Engineer

• You develop and implement rules for the automatic processing of emails in C#
• You support the automation of contract completions for our customers
• You optimize and digitize technical processes in customer service, ensuring smooth workflows
• You continuously advance our automation infrastructure and contribute your own ideas

• Responsibility for the further development of our website, customer portal, funnels and customer journey with a focus on conversion, activation and retention
• Translating business goals (e.g., new customer growth, churn reduction) into actionable, data-driven product strategies
• Capturing, prioritizing and elaborating stakeholder requirements (Marketing, Business Development) into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for IT
• Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, planning releases and roadmaps in close coordination with stakeholders
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new features, landing pages and campaign tools
• Building and evolving a data-driven testing and experimentation approach (A/B tests, funnel analyses, KPI tracking)
• Analyzing user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement them deliberately
• Promoting a culture of experimentation: You capture creative ideas, evaluate them based on data and drive them to structured implementation
