Partnership Manager – Energieversorger

• You build and maintain close relationships with our product partners in the energy sector (B2C/B2B) and work to continuously expand our network.
• You analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the energy sector (e.g., PV, battery storage concepts, tenant solar / Mieterstrom) to expand and improve our product offerings.
• You work closely with other departments to ensure our partnerships run smoothly and that our distribution partners and customers receive the best products.
• You develop and implement strategies to optimize our partnership processes and structures.
• You support contract negotiations and ensure that all agreements align with the company’s objectives.

Partnership Manager – Energy Supplier

Product Manager

• You will take ownership of key IT projects related to our in-house CRM system, interfaces to energy suppliers, and other tools that support our core processes
• Capture, prioritize and translate requirements from Customer Support and Operations into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, plan releases and develop roadmaps in close coordination with engineering, management and other stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high quality
• Support testing, roll-out and feedback processes to ensure continuous improvement of our IT systems and services
• Identify optimization opportunities in existing processes, initiate automation measures and actively contribute to the development of our IT landscape
• Support the introduction and selection of suitable AI-powered models/services for automation and optimization of core processes

• You optimize and digitize technical processes in customer service, ensuring smooth workflows
• You continuously advance our automation infrastructure and contribute your own ideas
• In doing so, you work closely with our customer service team and the IT department to create efficient and practical solutions

Junior Automation Developer – m/f/d

• Responsibility for the further development of our website, customer portal, funnels and customer journey with a focus on conversion, activation and retention
• Translating business goals (e.g., new customer growth, churn reduction) into actionable, data-driven product strategies
• Capturing, prioritizing and elaborating stakeholder requirements (Marketing, Business Development) into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for IT
