About the role
- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing enterprise-level app publishers
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner performance
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for renewed contracts, including multi-year agreements and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams on the publisher side
- Build and maintain an understanding of industry trends and competitive dynamics
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B tech account management
- 3+ years managing enterprise accounts in loyalty programs, delivery, quick-service restaurants, fintech, e-commerce, and mobility apps
- Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar accounts, exceeding annual targets of $5M+
- Excellent analytical skills to connect disparate data points into strategic insights
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating with product, legal, and data security teams
