About the role
- Own demand generation and lifecycle marketing across the funnel, from cold leads to reactivation
- Develop and maintain integrated marketing plans across CRM, Paid Social, and Organic Social channels
- Identify and action content opportunities for audience segments
- Build and test referral programs, price-drop alerts, retargeting flows, and conversion accelerators
- Work closely with the data & analytics teams to track funnel performance and improve future campaign strategy
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or performance marketing role
- Strong copy briefing skills with an eye for content performance and audience alignment
- Fluent in lifecycle marketing and automation tools like Braze, Klaviyo, Posthog, n8n, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
