Lead continuous quality improvement, training, and accreditation/licensure/survey/policies in IDD services and customer satisfaction
Evaluate and identify key drivers for systemic deficiencies; maintain and improve safety and quality using data-driven approaches
Oversee committee functions for assigned regions
Complete and/or direct the investigation process for assigned regions
Prepare and coordinate activities for all external audits
Complete and/or direct internal monitoring activities to identify areas of opportunity
Complete and/or direct satisfaction surveys and quality of life surveys
Monitor EHR and quality management system utilization and compliance; analyze data to inform and improve services
Complete and/or direct completion of policy and/or addendums for assigned regions
Compile and analyze regional data as requested
Perform quality reviews across all programs, analyze data, and identify trends and indicators of quality
Achieve performance competence and support operations and quality team members
Act in accordance with company values, maintain professionalism, and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
4+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of and implementation experience of process improvement methodologies
Ability to handle complex issues and problems
Possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
Provide knowledgeable leadership and coaching to operations and quality team members
Self-motivation and ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required if position requires transport of persons served in a company owned vehicle; authorization for DMV record check
Successful completion of a caregiver background check required
Ability to successfully complete all federal, state, and local requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
A college or university degree or the equivalent is required (social services preferred) or five (5) or more years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during work hours
Variable weekly hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% and travel to various programs across states
Ability to function well in a high-paced, stressful environment
Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
