About the role

  • Remote Call Centre Sales Agent for MCI, conducting outbound and/or inbound calls to promote products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions; close sales and meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions; provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Position requires completing full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
  • Physical requirements largely sedentary; operate computer and telephone headset; may move objects up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Conditions of employment include authorization to work in job country and background/drug screening.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Willing to submit to Level II background/security investigation with fingerprinting (job offers contingent on results).
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening (does not apply in Canada).
