About the role
- Remote Call Centre Sales Agent for MCI, conducting outbound and/or inbound calls to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions; close sales and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions; provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Position requires completing full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
- Physical requirements largely sedentary; operate computer and telephone headset; may move objects up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Conditions of employment include authorization to work in job country and background/drug screening.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Willing to submit to Level II background/security investigation with fingerprinting (job offers contingent on results).
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening (does not apply in Canada).
