About the role
- Review candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine fit and qualifications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Manage all candidate correspondence via email, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of inquiries regarding application status or process details
- Draft professional, clear, and standardized email responses for high-volume, repetitive applicant questions
- Collaborate with recruiters to seamlessly transition qualified applicants after the email-screening phase is complete
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an outsourcing environment
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, preferably Workable
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and assess their qualifications
- High level of organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
