About the role
- Join our team as a Junior Recruitment Specialist!
- Assist with the recruitment process from posting job ads to onboarding new hires
- Draft and post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms
- Source candidates using databases, social media, and networking platforms
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage recruitment databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- High degree of judgment and independent decision-making skills.
