About the role
- Partner with Sony hiring managers and the HR team to understand staffing needs and deployment timelines.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, creative, and corporate roles across Sony divisions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future deployment needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and clients' evolving talent needs.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology, entertainment, or global deployment projects.
- Proven success in high-volume or specialized recruiting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Deel, LinkedIn).
- Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Can start immediately.
- Preferred: Experience recruiting for US-based companies or similar global brands.
- Preferred: Knowledge of international hiring practices and deployment logistics.
- Preferred: Passion for entertainment, gaming, or technology industries.
