**Talent Acquisition & Recruiting:** In this full lifecycle recruiting role, you’ll lead recruiting efforts for entry- mid level positions across the US, Mexico, and the Philippines. This role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent that will drive our company’s growth.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple regions (US, Mexico, and the Philippines) using various recruiting channels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the position requirements and ensure alignment with their core competencies and skill sets
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs
- Assist with recruitment efforts for other business functions as needed, based on hiring volume and business needs
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and updates on hiring progress via ATS (Workable) and other hiring trackers (Slack and Google Sheets)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process**
**New Hire Onboarding:**
- Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including new hire onboarding prep emails, scheduling company meet & greets, coordinating laptop delivery, and anything else that’s part of our onboarding process
- Facilitate new hire orientations and first-day experiences
- Ensure completion of all required paperwork, background checks, and compliance documentation**Create and maintain onboarding checklists, welcome packets, and training schedules
- Partner with IT, HR, and department managers to ensure smooth new hire integration
- Track onboarding metrics and continuously improve the new hire experience**
**Executive & Administrative Support:**
- Manage executive calendar scheduling and coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
- Maintain confidential employee information with the highest level of discretion
Requirements
- ***5+ years*** of recruiting experience for a US-based B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated success in recruiting across international markets, particularly in the US, Mexico, and the Philippines
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Gusto, etc).
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various candidate attraction methods
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt recruitment approaches to different markets
- Proven ability to recruit ***top-tier talent***
