We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with significant experience in social media management and content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while also taking the lead on managing our digital presence through various social media channels. This dual role requires a candidate who is adept at both administrative tasks and creative marketing duties.
Manage and organize a professional inbox, prioritizing communications and responding on behalf of the executive
Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
Execute outreach strategies, including email and social media messaging, to engage with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and other day-to-day tasks
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
Demonstrable experience in social media management and content creation
A strong background in Executive Assistance, Social Media Management and Content Creation is essential
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with project management software and CRM systems is a plus
Experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality
