About the role
- Design and manage behavior-driven, cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.)
- Leverage behavioral, demographic, and outcomes data to create personalized messaging and audience segments
- Work closely with product, content, design, and analytics teams to identify gaps and opportunities in the member journey
- Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps, conducting rigorous A/B testing to improve funnel performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Lifecycle or email marketing role
- Proficient in email tools, HTML, and channel-specific best practices
- Skilled in developing and executing lifecycle strategies, including experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing)
- Excellent short-form writing skills for impactful messaging
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a track record of building strong partnerships
