About the role
- own the integrated brand plan: build and manage the annual calendar
- shape the creative platform: co-lead the brand’s strategic and creative platform
- partner with VP, Media Investments: align investment strategy with brand plans
- orchestrate agencies & shared services: drive creative AOR, media AOR, and internal teams
- translate MMM, brand tracking, and segmentation into creative tests
- ensure campaigns scale to COSC and franchise shops while protecting brand standards
- own briefing, approvals, and brand guardrails
- mentor directors/managers across brand, partnerships, and owned channels
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience
- proven success as a brand architect
- deep understanding of media and creative integration
- demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
- strong command of marketing fundamentals
- experience managing large-scale budgets and Ad Fund environments
- proven ability to translate data into decisions
- experience partnering with shared services
- bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
