Partner with regional field operations to deeply understand market dynamics, competitive pressures, and customer behaviors, translating those insights into actionable local marketing strategies.
Steward the planning and execution of new unit growth marketing, working with internal teams, external agencies, and franchise partners to deliver high-impact grand openings.
Support and optimize the performance of existing locations, identifying local opportunities and tailoring brand-led activations to drive Cars Per Day (CPD), retention, and community engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, media, and promotions teams to adapt national campaigns into localized activations that resonate in-market.
Reinforce brand standards through regular engagement with franchisees, ensuring that marketing execution consistently reflects Take 5’s promise of Fast. Friendly. Simple.
Build relationships with franchise partners to gain buy-in, influence adoption.
Develop and deliver presentations, toolkits, and reporting that make complex data and insights accessible and actionable for franchise owners.
Act as a field-level champion of continuous improvement, sharing best practices across territories and surfacing needs or gaps back to the brand team.
Requirements
Ability to work in the United States on an on-going basis, without sponsorship
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA a plus.
5+ years of experience in field marketing, franchise marketing, or multi-unit retail marketing.
Proven track record in franchise or dealer network environments, balancing brand consistency with local execution.
Strong business acumen with experience in budget management and ROI optimization.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build trust and credibility with franchisees, operations leaders, and executives.
Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation — with the ability to translate marketing strategy into practical tools for operators.
Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced growth.
