• Serve as the voice of the brand to the franchisee, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, standards, and tone across all local marketing activity.
• Partner with regional field operations to deeply understand market dynamics, competitive pressures, and customer behaviors, translating those insights into actionable local marketing strategies.
• Steward the planning and execution of new unit growth marketing, working with internal teams, external agencies, and franchise partners to deliver high-impact grand openings.
• Support and optimize the performance of existing locations, identifying local opportunities and tailoring brand-led activations to drive Cars Per Day (CPD), retention, and community engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, media, and promotions teams to adapt national campaigns into localized activations that resonate in-market.
• Reinforce brand standards through regular engagement with franchisees, ensuring that marketing execution consistently reflects Take 5’s promise of Fast. Friendly. Simple.
• Build relationships with franchise partners to gain buy-in, influence adoption.
• Develop and deliver presentations, toolkits, and reporting that make complex data and insights accessible and actionable for franchise owners.
• Act as a field-level champion of continuous improvement, sharing best practices across territories and surfacing needs or gaps back to the brand team.
