• Smarte Werkzeuge nutzen: Du nutzt moderne Tools und KI-Assistenten (z.B. ChatGPT, DeepL), um deine Antworten noch treffender, schneller oder internationaler zu formulieren.
• Lösungen organisieren: Bei Problemen (z.B. Transportschaden) koordinierst du die Lösung mit Lager und Logistik, sodass der Kunde schnell Ersatz erhält.

• Understand what’s really going on: You handle customer inquiries by email. You look closely to identify the real reason behind the inquiry — what the actual issue is — and resolve the problem at its root.
• Clear, structured communication: You don’t write novels nobody reads. Your replies are friendly and, above all, clearly structured so the customer can see the solution at a glance.
• Improvement detective: If you notice customers stumbling over a particular part of the shop or misunderstanding something, you pass that feedback directly to our team to help us continuously improve the website.
• Use smart tools: You use modern tools and AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepL) to make your responses more accurate, faster, or suitable for international customers.
• Coordinate solutions: In case of problems (e.g., damage in transit) you coordinate the resolution with warehouse and logistics so the customer receives a replacement quickly.

• Interdisciplinary interface: You act as a translator between worlds. You provide valuable insights on customer trends to Marketing and document technical requirements clearly for our development team.
• Operational problem-solving: You keep an overview of daily operations. When logistical issues arise, you proactively pick up the phone and clarify matters directly with partners to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer.
• Knowledge management: You maintain and expand our information resources (FAQ) proactively to provide our customers with first-class self-service options around the clock.
• Team-building perspective: With the right aptitude and commitment, you will gradually take on more responsibility, shape structures, and build your own customer service team.
