About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You process orders with our more than 250 partners (vintners, wineries, importers) worldwide and monitor delivery dates and inventory levels.
You maintain and optimize our product and supplier data in our ERP system (Odoo).
You create complex cost calculations, monitor margins, and support pricing for international multichannel sales.
You coordinate the flow of goods, handle import procedures, and ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
You work closely with our tech team to continuously improve procurement processes through smart automations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (or comparable commercial qualification).
Modern office skills: confident use of digital tools (Google Workspace/Sheets, ERP systems, cloud solutions).
Structured working style: a preference for deep work and focused data maintenance and calculations.
Passion for culinary enjoyment: wine, spirits and good food as personal interests and areas of expertise.
Strong communication skills: German at native level and confident in English.
