About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You manage orders with our more than 250 partners and monitor delivery dates and stock levels.
You maintain and optimize our product and supplier data in our ERP system (Odoo).
You prepare complex cost calculations, monitor margins and support pricing decisions.
You coordinate the flow of goods, handle import processes and ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
You work closely with our tech team to continuously improve purchasing processes through smart automations.

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Specialist (or a comparable commercial qualification).
Modern office skills: Confident use of digital tools (Google Workspace/Sheets, ERP systems, cloud solutions).
Structured working style: Ability to carry out complex data maintenance and calculations.
Passion for quality products: interest in wine, spirits and good food.
Strong communication: German at native level and confident communication in English.
