• Own and nurture executive-level relationships across a portfolio of tier-1 acquirer and payment processor accounts
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment
• Oversee management of client requests related to solution enhancements, reporting needs, and coordination of new product releases and implementations
• Partner with customers to deeply understand their merchant portfolio dynamics, compliance challenges, and growth objectives
• Define paths of growth for both parties - the customer and VikingCloud
• Work closely with the C-Suite—Product, Security, Technology, Finance, and Operations to align customer needs with business priorities
