• Deputise for the Finance Director and support/manage the Finance Team
• Produce accurate monthly consolidated accounts for UK, UAE, Spain and Portugal
• Lead month-end processes including journals, reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
• Deliver monthly revenue analysis with commentary and present Board packs, KPIs and financial commentary
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules

Financial Controller

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Process supplier invoices and manage weekly payment runs
• Raise client invoices, reconcile payments, and monitor outstanding balances
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, monitor balances, and manage company cards
• Support month-end with journals, reconciliations, prepayments, and accruals
• Prepare payroll data and assist with submissions via PayFit
• Contribute to budget vs actual reports, IB analysis, and expense reporting
• Monitor the finance inbox, responding to queries promptly
• Support external audits with schedules, reconciliations, and documentation
• Maintain the fixed asset register and post depreciation
• Help forecast short-term cash flow and support intercompany reconciliations

Finance Assistant

Operations

• Lead the day-to-day running of the Client Services function and provide hands-on leadership
• Report into the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with the Operations Manager, Compliance, and Front Office teams
• Develop and implement best-practice workflows for day-to-day client-facing operations including operational aspects of compliance processes
• Oversee the operational delivery of the client service function
• Identify and address process inefficiencies to ensure scalability
• Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing account management
• Implement, monitor and report on KPI’s and SLA’s, using data to drive continuous improvement
• Manage multiple workflows simultaneously across Client Services and Compliance
• Rapidly gain deep knowledge of VFX’s client base, operational processes, and systems
• Drive process improvements within existing system and resource constraints
• Maintain service excellence during spikes in client activity or urgent deadlines

Client Operations Manager

Analyst

• Support daily payment operations to ensure accounts are funded and payments are processed accurately and on time
• Monitor and manage the Payments Operations mailbox, distributing tasks and responding to queries
• Process payments using banking portals such as Barclays.net, Barclays File Gateway, and RBS Bankline
• Investigate and resolve queries related to inbound and outbound payments
• Act as a first-line escalation point for payment-related issues
• Reconcile payments with our blue-chip banking partners
• Assist with the reconciliation of internal broker and treasury accounts
• Liaise with banks to resolve payment issues and ensure smooth operations
• Reporting into the Treasury Operations Manager and collaborating with two other Payments Analysts

This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about solving real user problems, and is ready for a considerable step-up to spearhead the design function within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform the product roadmap. Create, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries. Advocate for design best practices and accessibility standards across the organisation. Iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights. Confidently present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Work closely with Product to define and implement A/B tests.
