About the role
- Take ownership of roles tied to revenue-generation and collaborate with stakeholders and department leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies
- Source candidates, evaluate qualifications and role fit, and establish yourself as a trusted partner in the hiring process
- Define job descriptions, source candidates, negotiate offers and welcome new hires (end-to-end recruitment)
- Represent Veza and showcase company relevancy and market position
- Leverage ATS (Greenhouse) as a source of truth and collaboration tool to be data-driven and improve candidate experience
- Champion an amazing candidate experience, considering candidate perspective and nurturing relationships
- Impact the trajectory and broader success of the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency and/or in-house sales recruitment experience
- Understand GTM functions and enterprise sales organizations
- Partner with and advise hiring managers as a collaborative team
- High velocity recruitment experience for a high growth tech startup, ideally with Cybersecurity experience
- Experience hiring across Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations with depth hiring Enterprise Account Executives
- Strong communication skills and candidate relationship management
- Experience using ATS (Greenhouse)
