About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, events, etc.)
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
- Track recruiting metrics (time to hire, pipeline health, candidate feedback, etc.) and share insights with stakeholders
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent Tenchi at events when needed
- Collaborate with the People team to improve recruiting processes and tools
Requirements
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, etc.)
- Solid understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Advanced English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
