About the role

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, events, etc.)
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
  • Track recruiting metrics (time to hire, pipeline health, candidate feedback, etc.) and share insights with stakeholders
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent Tenchi at events when needed
  • Collaborate with the People team to improve recruiting processes and tools

Requirements

  • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Advanced English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
