Lead end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer) for all business areas including Tech, Product Management, Sales and Marketing
Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to hiring managers on all hiring matters
Lead first-stage screening calls with candidates, assessing technical skills and cultural addition
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication
Support Secomea's growth and market expansion by hiring talent across functions
Requirements
Demonstrated experience of full cycle recruiting, preferably in a tech startup or scaleup
Proven ability to manage multiple job opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – we use Teamtailor
Ability to lead first-stage screening calls assessing technical skills and cultural fit
Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills for hiring managers
