About the role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer) for all business areas including Tech, Product Management, Sales and Marketing
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to hiring managers on all hiring matters
  • Lead first-stage screening calls with candidates, assessing technical skills and cultural addition
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication
  • Support Secomea's growth and market expansion by hiring talent across functions

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience of full cycle recruiting, preferably in a tech startup or scaleup
  • Proven ability to manage multiple job opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – we use Teamtailor
  • Ability to lead first-stage screening calls assessing technical skills and cultural fit
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills for hiring managers
