• Provide top level executive support to the Founder/CEO
• Heavy calendar management: set appointments, prioritize & juggle appointments in the moment
• Must be able to independently identify and resolve issues with calendar and schedule. Able to proactively anticipate sequencing of meetings.
• Drive administrative tasks including correspondence, drafting emails/documents, spreadsheet work and document management/file organization
• Use problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when handling telephone calls, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives on deal structures, pricing logic, and approvals.

• Review and approve non-standard quotes and order forms, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Act as the day-to-day administrator for Nue.io CPQ.
• Facilitate the deal review process by coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Product stakeholders.

• Build UI features using React, TypeScript, CSS.
• Write Unit Tests (jest) and end-to-end tests (cypress).
• Collaborate with Team Lead to deliver features/tests/bug fixes.
