Customer Success Manager

• Own the customer relationship through all stages of the customer lifecycle (kickoff and deployment through growth)
• Capture customer feedback and work directly with Veza’s product team to ensure the voice of the customer is being incorporated into Veza’s product roadmap
• Act as an SME on Veza’s Lifecycle Management product ensuring alignment to industry best practices including developing standardized workflows and playbooks for each Lifecycle Management Deployment phase to ensure consistency and scalability
• Partner with product, sales, and support teams to align JML processes with broader company goals

Customer Success Architect – Identity Lifecycle Management

• Design and implementation: Design, Test and Deliver API driven integrations between Veza and various products used by our customers.
• Customer Engagement & Project Management: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, develop the solution, and partner with customers to successfully deploy the solution in the customer environment.
• Technology Integration & Development: Build and manage integrations leveraging Python, REST APIs, SQL and other data sources while working with identity management and ETL processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Develop and deliver customer enablement sessions to help customers develop the capabilities to build custom connectors themselves.

• Develop, maintain and scale Graph features to directly and indirectly support actionable customer intelligence across various products.
• Drive the performance, scalability, and reliability of the backend services and APIs for our platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, other software engineers, and security experts to build product features that meet business objectives and security standards.
• Continuously optimize and improve your work through code and design reviews, testing, and refactoring.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities to ensure visibility and compliance with regulatory requirements and operational health metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies across different fields and leverage them to drive innovation and improve our platform.

Senior Software Engineer – Backend, Graph

• Own a portfolio of approximately 8–10 strategic enterprise customers
• Engage regularly with CIO, CISO, and senior technology leadership
• Directly influence renewal outcomes, expansion opportunities, and executive satisfaction
• Coordinate Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and partner teams
• Deliver difficult messages when necessary to protect long-term outcomes
• Maintain high forecast accuracy for assigned accounts
• Develop and execute disciplined recovery strategies when required
