About the role

  • Define, lead, and execute MonetizeMore’s global sales strategy
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
  • Target and close deals with publishers and enterprise ad-tech partners (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, GCPPs, MCMs)
  • Build, hire, coach, and manage a high-performing, metrics-driven sales team
  • Act as player-coach: participate in high-stakes sales while coaching the team
  • Deliver product pitches and demos tailored to client challenges
  • Work with Marketing and Product to refine messaging and value proposition
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet aggressive growth targets
  • Identify and onboard channel partners to amplify reach
  • Relay market intelligence to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Position Traffic Cop’s AI-powered solution to solve fraud and Invalid Traffic (IVT) issues

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or ad-tech sales (minimum 3 years in a leadership role)
  • Proven sales leadership with experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • AI fluent: understanding of AI and machine learning as applied to digital advertising and fraud detection
  • Deep ad-tech knowledge (publishers, DSPs, SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, MCMs)
  • Strategic and analytical mindset; data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for enterprise-level discussions
  • Global operator: experience working across multiple time zones and regions, especially LATAM
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented; comfortable in startup/scale-up environments
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling a metrics-driven sales org
  • Ability to work APAC and LATAM hours and manage fully remote, distributed teams
  • English fluency (ability to conduct professional conversations and negotiations)
