Own and manage all parts of project delivery, including timeline, risks/issues, and quality, delivering to the customer's requirements and desired outcomes
Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, and prospects/customers to collect requirements, scope, and propose services solutions to meet technical and business needs
Collaborate closely with one or more deployment, implementation, and consulting engineers and other SMEs to deliver the scope of work quickly and effectively
Manage customer expectations and communications, including project kickoff and status reporting
Own and manage project scope, deliverables, and artifacts, including project plans, timelines, and status reports, to provide visibility internally and externally as to the status of the project
Effectively manage escalations related to issues encountered during implementation and initial customer go-live
Drive decisions on technical decisions quickly and effectively while also keeping the projects on track
Cultivate relationships and trust with our customers, helping align on a technical implementation strategy to help them realize success
Collaborate with sales, support, and other members of the Veza team to deliver a superior customer experience
Facilitate the sharing of customer feedback internally
Requirements
A desire to proactively deliver solutions to customers in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
5 or more years of experience working with enterprise customers with technical, cloud-based solutions as a services, onboarding, or implementation project manager or equivalent role.
Ability to manage complex projects with large enterprise customers
Proven experience managing customers through challenging situations by finding solutions and workarounds
Ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel
Excellent time and organizational management skills and familiarity with modern practices and methodologies
Experience navigating ambiguity with a self-starter mindset
Knowledgeable in customer education/ training and guiding troubleshooting issues
Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging from front-line engineer to internal and customer leadership
Superior delivery and project management skills with the ability to have well-structure plans to drive customer timelines
Experience with Project Management (e.g. Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, etc.) and PSA (e.g. Certinia/Financial Force) tooling
