Customer Retention Specialist

• Join our growing team at Vetcove, and help us transform how veterinarians buy the supplies they need.
• Strategically identify clinics who may be slipping away as an active customer
• Perform proactive outreach to clinics predominantly via phone in addition to email, live chat, and video conference
• Train, educate, and develop existing Vetcove users so they may engage on the Vetcove platform more deeply and meaningfully
• Field concerns and objections in a level-headed and compassionate manner
• Create engaging content that educates and supports all veterinary professionals
• Engage in highly analytical and critical thinking to best understand the flow of clinics in and out of our active user base
• Solicit feedback from our customers in order to understand how we can better evolve our platform
• Work cross-functionally to provide our customer experience team, sales and growth team, as well as our engineering team with information on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools

Customer Retention Associate

Customer Success Manager

• Join our growing team at Vetcove, and help us transform how veterinarians buy the supplies they need to keep America's pets healthy. Vetcove's eCommerce and mobile platforms enable veterinary practices to compare and buy from all of their vendors in one place. Manage a team of 8-10 people focused on supporting Vetcove’s largest manufacturer partners
• Assist in developing strategies for, implementing, and proving the effectiveness of different initiatives, alongside the team and partners
• Travel (up to 25%) to clients for in-person business reviews and strategy sessions, building strong trust
• Gather feedback to inform our commercial strategy and development priorities
• Assist in outlining and reviewing team-created materials that will be sent to clients (proposals, results decks, QBRs, etc.)
• Continually iterate on team process to optimize performance
• Conduct regular account reviews to set achievable goals and asses performance across accounts

Head of Customer Success

Operations

• Assist in the coordination of internal and external events, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with attendees.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to secure event spaces, catering, technology needs, and other event materials.
• Help manage event timelines, prepare materials, and ensure all event components are ready in advance.
• Assist in tracking event budgets, ensuring expenses are documented and fall within budgetary constraints.
• Be present during events to provide on-the-ground support for setup, registration, attendee needs, and troubleshooting.
• Collect feedback from attendees, assist with data analysis, and contribute to post-event evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure internal events align with company culture and goals.
• Maintain event records, assist with travel arrangements, and manage attendee RSVPs.
