About the role
- Partner with the executive team to define and operationalize strategic objectives
- Lead and oversee cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Drive accountability by establishing clear goals, timelines, and reporting processes
- Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Coordinate high-impact projects that span multiple teams and stakeholders

Requirements
- You’re sharp, driven, and able to make sense of complex problems
- Previously served in a Chief of Staff (or senior operations) role
- Systems thinker who can zoom out and dive deep
- Naturally curious, proactive, and ask “why” until things make sense
- Communicate clearly in writing and meetings
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- MBA or background in strategy, operations, or product is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying
- Will not require sponsorship for employment visa status
