About the role
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external events, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with attendees.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to secure event spaces, catering, technology needs, and other event materials.
- Help manage event timelines, prepare materials, and ensure all event components are ready in advance.
- Assist in tracking event budgets, ensuring expenses are documented and fall within budgetary constraints.
- Be present during events to provide on-the-ground support for setup, registration, attendee needs, and troubleshooting.
- Collect feedback from attendees, assist with data analysis, and contribute to post-event evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure internal events align with company culture and goals.
- Maintain event records, assist with travel arrangements, and manage attendee RSVPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or administrative tasks is a plus.
