About the role
- Lead solution strategy and design by assessing current-state processes and defining future-state architectures
- Facilitate structured client workshops and decision-making sessions with clear agendas and documented outcomes
- Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and issue resolution across engagements
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable configuration designs with advisory input on best practices
- Influence stakeholders through structured recommendations, presenting implications and trade-offs clearly
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution proposals and participating in demonstrations
- Coach junior consultants informally through feedback, deliverable reviews, and real-time guidance
Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification — Associate or Professional preferred
- Additional SAP SuccessFactors module certifications preferred
- 4–5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation experience
- Led 4–6+ medium-to-large-scale projects as primary functional lead
- Experience with Plateau Report Designer (PRD), Open Content Network (OCN), or virtual learning integrations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead client conversations and maintain executive trust
- Strong advisory mindset and ability to present structured recommendations
- Excellent facilitation skills and discipline to drive meetings toward clear outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High personal accountability and track record of anticipating risks and resolving delivery blockers
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously with minimal oversight
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR and Talent Management processes
