About the role
- Configure and implement WorkForce Software modules based on detailed functional specifications.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, high-quality configurations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain configuration components including pay rules, schedules, attendance policies, and workflow automation.
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and compliance with business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Document configuration processes and contribute to knowledge base development.
- Participate in client workshops and provide expert-level input on configuration best practices.
- Stay current with WorkForce Software updates, features, and industry trends.
- Occasional travel to client sites to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in WorkForce Software configuration and technical implementation.
- Proven ability to interpret functional requirements and deliver accurate, scalable configurations.
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts including timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance.
- Experience with XML, SQL, and other relevant technologies used in WorkForce Software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with WorkForce Software integrations and reporting tools. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies. (Preferred)
- WorkForce Software certification(s) or equivalent training. (Preferred)
- Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients. (Preferred)
