Provide clinical consulting for Synapse PACS/MI projects
Perform report configuration (CV), workflow analysis, and end-to-end testing
Deliver remote or onsite training and go-live support
Provide clinical support for sales and company team members regarding product use
Serve as consultant on behalf of customers and company personnel
Assist with Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support and provide telephone/remote clinical support
Create and maintain customer training documentation
Work with HCUS teams (Service, Engineering, Integration, Customer Service) to gain customer acceptance
Ensure compliance with company quality management system and regulatory requirements
Participate in professional organizations and contribute to Professional Services revenue goals
Requirements
(Associate’s) Degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant healthcare field required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant healthcare field preferred
National certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS)(RVT)(RDCS)(RVTA)
2 to 10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, computer science, PACS Administration or healthcare industry
Experience in Cardiology or Radiology discipline preferred
CV Registered in one or more: RDCS (Transthoracic, Transesophageal, Stress, Dobutamine, Pediatric, Fetal Echo), RVT (Non-invasive Vascular), Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist (MPI, MUGA, PET), Registered Nurse Cardiac (Cath, Peripheral Angiography, Electrophysiology Lab), Registered Radiology Technologist experienced in digital imaging
Competence with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Technical support and troubleshooting experience
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple functions and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%)
Must comply with vendor credentialing and facility requirements (may include vaccination/testing)
Must comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements and ISO 13485 standards
Physical abilities: sit 75-100% of time, stand/talk/hear 75% of time, lift/carry up to 10 pounds, close vision
